The potential of Table Top Farm is hard to fathom. It is such a large tract of land on the coast and so incredibly breathtaking with its topography of wetlands, valleys and plateaus. I have walked every square metre over the years, and it is the ultimate sanctuary. My visions and ideas will enthral purchasers, and I hope to find the ultimate successor to take it to the next level.

Table Top Farm

Table Top Farm is Parihoa Farm's most significant piece of land. It is 585 acres and is used jointly for events and farming. The events have focused on weddings, commercials and product placement. However, until I sell Table Top Farm, we will use it commercially only for wellbeing related activities. It was always my vision of how I wanted the farm to be used. Under our Farm Manager, farming continues with 600 sheep and 100 cattle.

There are two signature house sites (alternatives shown in the map below) on Table Top Farm that could be chosen for the farm's new-age homestead. My favourite is the incredible "2050" site, 3km from either neighbour's home. This isolated location has astonishing ocean views and takes in the endless vista of Muriwai Beach. Over the years, I created two concepts for this site - a flying saucer bachelor pad in 2018 by Andrew Patterson and, more recently, something more conventional (but still out there) by Fearon Hay. Both are contained in the pictures below.

We have completed various structures on Table Top Farm since 2013, including a beautiful cottage, a chef-standard kitchen and entertaining pavilion, and a glass gallery with room for 200 diners. Two pods, which are portable structures, are available for additional purchase. The farm has a fully operational woolshed used by the farmer for shearing.
